java.lang.Runtime.exec(String, String[]) and
java.lang.Runtime.exec(String[], String[]) does not pass
environmental variables to executable command. Works in
Java, but not in J# Just in case it makes a difference it

I have been programming on Java and C for 3 years now, and I dont know what is Visual J# and what it is for.
I am very intrested in Microsoft type of working and I am looking forward on learning this stuff.
