I'm writing a utility to increment the version number in a c++ .rc file. In
the file is a LegalCopyright tag that has the © (Copyright symbol). It's
ASCII value is A9.
When I make the following call:

In VB6 you could create a new template form by placing the form in the
template\forms directory beneath you install directory.  Is there a similar
way to create new templates in .Net.  The form I am trying to use as a
template has many different controls already placed, named, ...
