When I try to run, even the most simple simple app, via Start in the IDE, 50% of the time the build succeeds then nothing happens, and the rest of the time the exe. activates and it runs fine.

I think the problem is that Access 97 has Jet 3.51, and Vb .Net 2003 needs Jet 4.0, but I'm not sure. Does anyone have this same problem, if so, how did you corect it? And is it correctable without having to
