When I try to run, even the most simple simple app, via
Start in the IDE, 50% of the time the build succeeds then
nothing happens, and the rest of the time the exe.
activates and it runs fine.

I think the problem is that Access 97 has Jet 3.51, and
Vb .Net 2003 needs Jet 4.0, but I'm not sure.

I created a vb .net dll that is a proxy class for a web
service.  I am trying to add a reference to this dll in a
vb 6.0 project.  I get the message "Can't add a reference
