I am using .NET 2003. I created a setup program to install my program. The shortcut is fine except the target does not point to the executable, only to the path for the executable. This is what I have done.

I've developed a C# application and created a setup project to distribute it. On my machine and machines like mine (machines with Windows 2000 Pro) the setup package works fine, i.e., the application installs and I can run and use it.
