I'm using DES to encrypt short binary messages - 7 bytes. This yields
8 bytes crypto text as expected.
Using Win32 CryptoAPI I can decrypt no problem.
This app now has to run in .NET and I am decrypting 16 bytes.

I have a load of new IPSec Policies applied to XP Home edition, and it's
affecting my ability to go online as an ordinary user. Filtering is
preventing DNS & websites from loading. It appears to be OK if I run with
administrator rights. But that's just asking for trouble.
