I've a  requirement where in I need to read the data from a csv file and
load the data into the sql database. The file has around 1 lakh records. I'm

We have a Quad Core Windows 2003 Server with 12 GB RAM
The problem we are facing is that the app pool takes very long to load >
20sec
We have another dual core windows 2003 server where it loads in 5 secs

why is my pc running so slow?

I have 0% memory on drive c and the computer will no properly defragment it
says it needs at least 15% memory to properly work. I also went in to the
scan disk both in properties and in computer management and it freezes on
disk clean up what to do?
