What is this language pack exaclty? I met a trouble in the way that I have build a complete application under .NET 1.1 under an english operating system. my applciatrion is manging ressource string based on regional option.

Can anyone explain to me why RegionInfo claims to use ISO 3166 codes (ISO: http://www.iso.org/iso/en/prods-services/iso3166ma/02iso-3166-code-lists/list-en 1.html) in it's constructor (per MSDN: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/atwc2921.aspx) but doesn't. The
