I try to write a very simple asp.net page that has only a
label which shows a simple word in Persian.
Now I can brows pages on Internet and they always shows
correct with UTF-8 so I assume my browser(IE 6)has fonts

WIndows XP?
How about a command line utility?
And finally, how about a system API call to get the current code page?
