DrawString does not render Khmer script correctly.
As I understand it GDI+ does not use Uniscribe. GDI+ has its own script processor which cannot render Khmer Unicode correctly.  I also ran some tests with the May 2004 release of the .Net Framework 2.0 and got the same result.
