The Add or Remove Programs screen does not show that .NET is installed, yet Windows Update wants to install some patches/upgrades for .NET 1.1 and 2.0. I have tried my best to clean up things using Microsoft's KB824643 but

I'm using FileSystemWatcher to monitor certain folders in file system. In some specific scenarios where a large file is copied to the monitored folder, I receive too many Onchanged events. I'm clueless as how can i detect the file has finally been copied? any help would be
