My desktop can see the laptop and all its files but when I try to map the network drive from the laptop, it says it can not see it and is unaccessible. What am I missing?

In my app I would like to change the color of the hyperlink from blue to purple when a user clicks the hyperlink in a RichTextBox. The DetectUrls property is set to True and I handle the RichTextBox1.LinkClicked event to launch a browser window. That works fine.
