I want to write to an output file, "C:\\temp\\debug.txt": If the file exists, append the new content to the end of the file (instead of overwriting the current content). Therefore, I want to code this like below:

How do I get disk cleanup to stop hassling me every five minutes? I have a storage drive which is DELIBERATELY full so that my C drive is empty. It still has over 450mb free, yet every five minutes I get told I need to clean my drive.

I've had an HP Media Center for several years. Windows Home XP. Just lost "Control Panel". Any attempts to do major things are met with a message that I'm not authorized and to contact the System Administrator. It's a stand alone home computer. Any ideas on how to regain control?
