I am working on an VB.Net application which I want to communicate to
external device using comm port (Serial Port) .
So for that first I am trying to simulate the communication on serial
port between two computers using HYper terminal on both the machines.

I have developed a test three-tiered application to demonstrate to dev team.  
I have a UI Layer, a Business Logic Layer, a Data Access Layer connecting to
s SQL server layer.  
My solution comprises the following assemblies

I build this application on my development machine, then deploy it to
my server. Machine B can install and run it fine. Machine A gives the
following Message Box:
Title: "Cannot Start Application"

I need to use the namespace defined in file1.exe in the file2.exe. So far it
worked as long as both files were in the same folder. Now I need to move one
of them. I added app.config (below) to the second file with the following
text, but it did not work. Can somebody help? Maybe ...

Can anybody please give some suggestions on how to attack this
problem?

I have a trouble in .NET Compact Framework 2.0 using the .NET socket on a x86
device (running Windows CE 4.2). The problem cosists that once a  client
connects to a socket server and I try to close the socket with the Close
method. The application "tries" to close the socket, but ...
