I have a dll which is used by several application.
The Problem => When there is a new build for the Dll  ...all the other
dependent application has a new build. So , all the apps has to go through
the QA testiong steps.

site. During pubblication I set "application available in start-menu". Infact
I can see it but it is only an application reference.

I deploy my WPF application with Visual Studio 2008 and ClickOnce. My
application runs with the ;Net 3.0 framework, but during the installation
steps, the .Net 3.5 component is required... Do you know why ? Could VStudio
2008 need this component ?
