How can I develop a windows application that uses controls in Office 2003,
especially Outlook.

Can you tell me what Office effect you want to get in your Winform
application? Based on my experience, there is no "Office Control"
available, what does your "Office Control" refer to? This information will
help us understand your requirement better, thanks for your understanding.

I would think he means the way the controls in it seem to be more dynamic
with the mouse cursor, I have noticed it as well.  For example the menu bar
is blue and has a box when the cursor is over it.
