Don't understand reply. What does this mean "MSDN Home > MSDN Managed
Newsgroups". Also, in the navagition bar " MSDN Managed Newsgroups." If this
isn't a managed Newsgroup what is.

It is a managed group, but you'll need to register your email address in
order to make "Microsofties" aware of you as an MSDN subscriber. More
information on registering an email address with MSDN:
