Flexible layouts with WinForms

I´d like to know if there is something like GridBagPanel under Java in
WinForms. I have to organize controls in my dialogs flexible. The
Dock/Anchor-Stuff is not enough for me.

Can you help me?

checkout http://www.rfeest.de/products.html - there´s a freeware
control called DynamicGridPanel for .NET . It allows you to position
controls dynamically like the Java gridbag with full designer support.
