cannot move usercontrols in design time using mouse

hi all

i have created some usercontrols which contains a list fo controls, when i
pick from toolbox and place in a form and then i cannot move the control
anywhere else using mouse and by i can by CONTROL + DOWN OR UP keys

any where i m missing ?

That's strange, make sure the Locked property of the control is false,
and that DockMode is not fill, might be something related to that.

thanks sijin

i dont set any values to Locked/Doc in the UserControl code, but when i use
the control in a form [design time] those properties for the control are as
"Dock=None" and "Locked=False"

Some more information i forgot to add to you

i am using w2k sp4, VIsual studio.net 2003, visualbasic.net
