On the VG.net development blog is an example of VG.net animated vector
graphics within Internet Explorer:
http://weblogs.asp.net/frank_hileman

Create VG.net graphics within Visual Studio .NET, and put them right on web
pages, with no extra permissions required on the client. VG.net is great for
people who need Avalon-like vector graphics now.
