big problem with Win XP

Hi just wondering if you can help i am operating on windows xp sp2 and cant
acess the disk drive, use the mouse or keyboard in windows but they all work
before the windows load screen. Also i dont have a boot disk to reinstall
windows, but windows dosent give me any error messages saying there's a
problem. Is there any way i can resolve this problem.

This is really duff advice. How can he do it if his keyboard, mouse and
disk are dead?
