Getting Encoding info for HttpWebResponse

Dear all,

Is there any way to get the encoding info from a HttpWebResponse? Should I
use HttpWebResponse.GetResponseHeader? If yes, what is the parameter should
I use?

Property 'HttpWebResponse.ContentEncoding'.

yes, I did try that but it returned empty string
