Correction to question on WPF

I meant to say that I wasn't going to be using the WWFs at this point in
time not WCF.  Is it necessary to use WWF along with WPF?

Hi Bill,

No, it's not, WWF is an rule engine (independent in the context of WPF/WCF),
WPF is a presentation level, WCF is an inter-process communication.
