Can anyone help. Laptop blue screen message STOP: 0x000000ED (0x84375c30,
0xC000009c, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) Message says restart and press F8 to
start in safe mode but nothing happens

Hi Jane,
I suggest you take the machine to the dealer or insert the CD rom that came
with the machine and try any automatic recovery procedures that it suggests.
