auto update error

i have a windows form application that goes to the webserver to verify that
it has the latest version.
Recently i started receiving
URLDownloadToCacheFile failed with HRESULT '-2146697191'
Error: An error occurred trying to download
any ideas, it was working.

Use Fiddler http://www.fiddlertool.com to trace the HTTP requests your
app makes during the version check and see if any errors are recorded.
