Where is the DeckWorkspace component? I'm trying to get up to speed with CAB and am following the Patterns and Practices example. However, the instructions says to 'Drag a DeckWorkspace from the General table of the Toolbox into each..." but I don't have a DeckWorkspace component in VS05's Toolbox to drag. How do I get the darned thing there?
