There is nothing you can do about it.All you can do it make your own form to
simulate messagebox and set its start position to CenterParent.For example:
Form1.StartPosition = FormStartPosition.CenterParent;

I agree with Manish that it may impossible to set the location of a
standard System.Windows.Forms.MessageBox.

To get what you want, you could create a new type from
System.Windows.Forms.Form and set its StartPosition property to
CenterParent before you show it.

I find a sample of implementing a custom message box in the code project
web site. The custom messge box is derived from System.Windows.Forms.Form.
