autoscaling of winforms

hi,
i'm a newbie to winforms....
i've designed few forms...
but when the resolution is changed to lowest number..
i'm not able to see certain buttons on my form...

how do i fix this issue...
do i need to set any properties on the winforms or controls?
please do help out....
