WPF Picture drag/scroll like Google Map

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if the WPF has a control to move picture on a form like
google map?
I know in .net 2 the picturebox doesn't have scroll function...

If you really want something for classic .NET search for zoompicbox on
google.
