DataGrid - prevent open space on right

When I create datagrids the user can resize the right-most column
leaving empty space on the right side. Is there a way to prevent this?

Here is a link to a WIndows Forms FAQ entry that shows how you can
avoid your users resizing columns in a DataGrid. This techique could
be tweak to avoid the user only resizing the last column.
