dependency conflict error msg

I get following error msg when i build by project. kind help me to resolve this

Error: The dependency 'BusinessServices, Version=1.0.2560.26793,
Culture=neutral' in project 'BusinessServices' cannot be copied to the run
directory because it would conflict with dependency 'BusinessServices,
Version=1.0.2560.26811, Culture=neutral'.
