"ExpandableGridView.dll in not a Microsoft .NET Module"

Could some one pls help me to get this done?
I have tried with all workaround and could not achieve.
The link what Philips had suggested has a third party component which is
developed in VS.NET 2005 and i am not able to use this component in VS.NET
2003.
