> Each time I log on to windows, the language Toolbar is on the taskbar; and
> every time I log on, I remove it. How can I get it to stay off?
On Windows XP:
Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options
The "Regional and Language Options" window appears. Click on the
"Languages" tab. In the "Text services and input languages" section, click
the "Details" button.
The "Text Services and Input Languages" window appears. In the "Settings"
tab, "Preferences" section, click the "Language Bar" button.
The "Language Bar Settings" dialog appears. Uncheck the checkbox "Show the
Language Bar on the desktop".
