Can the colors of a context menu be changed?

Hello,

In VS 2003, is it possible to programmatically change the foreground and
background colors of a context menu?

Yes its possible - you will have to set the OwnerDraw property of Menuitem
to true and handle the MeasureItem and DrawItem events.
