Replacing running EXE

System.IO.File.Replace..

"Unable to move the replacement file to the file to be replaced. The file to
be replaced has retained its original name."

Has anyone got easier solution than running temp vbscript.

I believe it is impossible to delete or replace an EXE that is currently
running.  The easiest solution is to terminate the EXE.
