How to change Winform border color

Hello - I need to change NC border color, or in some way draw a thin cross
line across my form. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Jared. So this is similar to setting DockPadding.Top to some value > 0?

I'd be still curios to see some bug-free code to paint the NC area in C# -
anyone?
