Mdi Flickering problem

Hi ,
I have an mdi applicaton. When user switch between child forms they are
flickering like crazy! When a Child Form loads, you can see it in it's
original size (the size from Design-time) then all this flickering while
maximizing . Some times after the flickering it shows multiple control boxes
in mdi application. Can any body help. I am stuck up

Have you done any custom painting? that might be one of the problems.
