chart controls recommendation?

Hello, we are looking to purchase a chart controls library. We are looking
for basic functionality (i.e. scatter chart, lines, custom labels on points,
axix), nothing too fancy. Infragistics - not too thrilled so far with their
charts. Any thoughts on ChartFX? Any good free tools/controls?

All opinions are appriciated. Thank you in advance.

Howabout the one that comes with MS Office Excel? It's free as long as
your user have Excel installed. Check here for an example in C#.
