How I can build update command for datasets 1 changed row?

Just pass the row into the Adapter's update command.  If you don't have one
(I wasn't sure which your problem was) then you can either use the
configuration wizard to build your update command or use a CommandBuilder
(check out bill Vaughn's article at www.betav.com ->Articles -> MSDN ->
Weaning Developers from the CommandBuilder.
