Form title custom button contol

Is anybody knows the custom contol or how to add custom buttons to the
form's title bar. There were several implementations in VCL Delphi, but I
unable to find anything for .NET/C#

I believe this involves API call, try searching groups.google.com, I've seen
lots of posts about this before...
