And we should all go and buy from a spamming company that post four
different times because???

Rene,
First of all Nevron isn't a "spamming company"! Nevron is one of the
leading companies developing component based data visualization
solutions.
Nevron is a Microsoft Certified Partner and a CVC member.
The post is invitation to all interested developers to download and
fully evaluate our components. You are also welcome to do that if you
are interested.
The evaluation is free and fully functional.
There are several posts because we are offering different products and
a suite wich includes them all.
However, I think that it would be great if we receive your apologies.

Are you kidding me?
What you did is called spamming and you are embarrassing yourself trying to
deny it. Just what exactly makes your company so special that is ok for you
to spam these newsgroups? Is it OK for all other companies that sell
products related to programming to spam newsgroups too? What do you think it
would happen if every company out there had the same idea that you had? How
many spam post do you thing the group would have?
Listen, I have no doubt that the products that your company sells are
quality products and that you guys work very hard developing them and are
proud of them but this is not the way to let people know about them.
As far as I am concern, you made an honest mistake advertising your products
here. Let's just leave it there and move on, just don't do it again please.
By the way, then don't look bad at all, I think I will check them out!
This is SPAM of course moreover done in quite silly manner. There are many
companies but MS newsgroup is only one. What will happen if every company
will publish even one-time adv here? Do you realize?
What about you guys? Are you cleverest coders in the community ... or merely
most impudent?
Facts:
Have a look at diagramming best seller list at component source:
http://componentsource.com/Catalog.asp?fl=&sc=CS&ul=en&gf=+BUSFUNCGRAPHP&bc=BUSF
UNCGRAPHP&cv=bv
Question: Where your Award-winning company is there ???
Answer: at 24th position.
Now Advice: When you will head the list of the very best products then you
are welcome back ... meantime let me ask on behalf of all here you to get
out.

I won't comment on wheter or not this is spam, I'm sure we could have
an endless debate about it but lets not go there. I just want to point
out what the Microsoft Communities Rules of Conduct at
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/conduct/default.mspx
have to say about this matter:
"Advertising/Solicitation: These communities were created as a forum
for providing peer-to-peer assistance related to using Microsoft
products and services. We ask that you refrain from posting
unsolicited advertisements that do not pertain directly to the
intended use and purpose of the newsgroup or chat."
Personally I don't mind occasional one-time announcements being posted
as long as it's only in the newsgroup with the appropriate subject
(such as 3rd party winforms controls in this group). I too find it
somewhat annoying that Christo sent multiple posts instead of putting
all announcements into one, but at least he didn't cross- or multipost
to irrelevant newsgroups.
