Hi
  In C#, windows forms, how to override the default look & feel of
scrollbar? Do you have an example?

That's not as easy because many controls use scrollbars as part of them.
Even Windows Media Player, for example, does not have custom-drawn
scrollbars.  I suggest to rethink if this feature is really required.
