Hi All:

Can Vista disable the "Automatic restore point" but keep manual restore
point?

When I try to disable the "Automatic restore point", Vista always prompt
to completely stop the "System restore".

However, actually I just want to stop the "Automatic restore point"
creation and I want to keep the ability creating restore point manually
when necessary.

This is a .NET programming group for Visual Studio. You need a Vista group.
Try any of several in the category microsoft.public.windows.vista
