I use Windows Live Search as my default search engine.

I now have yahoo hijack this. I have uninstalled yahoo from manage add-ons
but it get reinstalling itself and setting itself as default.

I have looked under programs and cant find yahoo. I have look under add and
remove and cant find yahoo.

How can I stop yahoo.

some software can uninstall these malwares, perhaps MS's "windows defender";
and you can try to recover IE's initial settings.

I have windows onecare.

What I did do is:
I set internet explorer option for enable third-party browser extentions
[unticked]
Switched-off system restore and boot in safe-mode and run windows defender

seems to have working for now.
