I've just installed SP3 for windows XP and have noticed that my
hyperthreading cpu is no longer recognised as 2 cpu's in system info. Does
anyone know the reason for this?
It did the same on a friends computer as well. Bios recognizes the cpu and
hyperthreading is enabled, but windows doesn't appear to recognise it.

I hadn't heard that it had been released - however searching brings up
the download page:

Doh... that's just a document about it, not SP3 itself. Sorry.

I guess I should have got right to the point - if one is using a beta /RC
build of something, then one should post bugs on the appropriate site
(Connect or other).
:)

And that people should realise that it's beta/release candidate for a
reason...
