I recently bought Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition.
I thought that this edition had the install CDs for XP and 2003 Server
but it doesn't.
I know that some editions have these CDs, can anyone tell me which
ones?

Are you thinking of an MSDN Subscription?

Yes, quite possibly. Is that the only way to get the XP and Server CDs
with Visual Studio?

Ray:
MSDN subscriptions typically include both operating systems and Visual Studio.
But they are separate. I seriously doubt that there are any versions of Visual
Studio that "come with" OS CD's.

OK, that must have been what I was thinking of. Thanks.

IIRC, there was some kind of special offer (limited time), but for VS 2003,
not a different edition, per se.
I don't recall the details or the offer expiration. Sorry.
