Is there some date when visual studio orcas will be final and localized?

It was recently announced for a February 2008 launch, but whether they'll
actually hit that or not is another matter:

Actually the release is aimed at *this* year. February is only the official
party to coinside with windows server 2008 and SQL server 2008.
