Is there a Visual Designer (UML Editor) around that can emit valid UML?
For some odd reason MS decided not tuo support the UML standard for its
visual designer. I would like to wirte some class stubs in c++/CLI or
c# anf have the diagramm autogenerated and the other way around I desgn
a uml diagram and VS generates the class and method stubs.

I think you get a 30 day trial, the procing structure for the three
editons is very respectable. The plans for EA v6.0 and integration with
VS 2005 are impressive.
