Get a project/files to NOT be under version control.

I've put a project under VSS control and now need to remove it from VSS. I
deleted the project through VSS but the IDE still thinks it's under VSS. How
do I 'disconnect' the VSS connection in VSStudio ?

Use the 'change source control' option to unbind the projects and solution.
