Hi

Intellisense seems to be broken in the June 05 CTP of VS2005.

It will not access System.Web.UI, even though it has been declared in a
"using" statement.

Intellisense is enabled in Tools | Options | Text Editor | C# |
Intellisense, with default settings.

Hopefully this error is only present in my install, and not a general error.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Apparently something, somewhere got broken.

Removing the web site (project) from the filesystem, and opening it from
sourcesafe as a site on localhost (with the same location in the
filesystem) fixed it ...

Go figure.

Or perhaps not

The above mentioned method will fix it ... for the running session of
VS2005... once it has been stopped, and started again ... IntelliSense
is broken again ... and only removing the project entirely and getting
it from Source Safe will get it working again (until the next time I
stop VS2005).

Any suggestions welcome.

(am removing VS2005 and all files, settings and registry keys now,
before installing yet again)

Which did not work ... so I've gone back to not using the June CTP, and
just the "regular" BETA 2.

So much for Microsoft managed newsgroups ... not a single reply ...
thanks for NOTHING.

Next time you want us to use your beta products, doing quality
assurance, in fact doing your work ... you will be billed by the hour.

You get better far support than this from the communities around open
source software.
