Hi

Within VS 2003, in the TOP (where buttons are), I see buttons for Commenting
+ Un-Commenting selected lines of code.

Likewise, will there be buttons to Collapse/Expand all the #region
#endregion, in VS 2005?

No but you could right click on an existing toolbar and select "Customize"
go to the Command tab and drag the Edit.Outline Toggle All command to the
toolbar and get a button that way.
